Common Questions

Everything you need to know.

The Ori 3.0 starts at $7,995 for the Launch package — that's $5,000 off the $12,995 MSRP, applied automatically at checkout with no code needed. Ori Pro is $9,995 and Ori Max is $12,995. Every package is a one-time purchase with no annual fees, no subscriptions, and no hidden costs.

It's automatic. The $5,000 savings is already built into the price you see — $7,995 for Launch, $9,995 for Pro, $12,995 for Max. There's no code to enter and nothing to remember. The price on the page is the price at checkout.

Every package includes the Ori 3.0 intraoral scanner, a pre-configured laptop that's ready to scan out of the box, a scanning tip, live virtual training, a 1-year scanner and laptop warranty, AI Scan Assist, cloud storage, and 100% USA-based support. One price, everything you need to go digital on day one.

All three include the same scanner, laptop, software, and USA-based support — the difference is coverage and extras. Launch ($7,995): 1 training session, 1 starter tip, 1-year warranty. Pro ($9,995): 2 training sessions, an extra box of tips, 1-drop protection ($5K coverage), and 0% financing over 3 months. Max ($12,995): unlimited training, two extra boxes of tips, 2-drop protection ($10K coverage), and extended 3-year warranty coverage.

No. No annual software fees, no subscriptions, no calibration fees, and no surprise renewal costs. Your one-time purchase covers your system. Applicable sales tax applies, and if you finance, taxes are handled per your finance agreement.

Accuracy of ±12 microns — clinically validated by a 16-member advisory board of nationally recognized dentists. That precision means clean files your lab trusts and little to no remakes.

Full-arch scans in 30 seconds or less, and quadrant scans in about 15. It's intuitive enough that any team member can learn it in minutes, so your whole workflow moves faster — not just the scan itself.

Yes. Ori uses open architecture, so you can send scans to any lab and any software platform. No lock-in, no proprietary format, and no per-export fees.

Ori works with open clear-aligner workflows — it exports open, standard files that fit most aligner and orthodontic systems, so you're never locked in. Invisalign is the exception: it runs a closed system that only accepts scans from its own approved scanners, so Ori does not submit directly to Invisalign. Everywhere else that runs on open files, Ori fits right in.

100% USA-based support — real people who know dentistry, a phone call or message away. They help you troubleshoot, optimize workflows, and get the most out of your scanner, for the life of the product.

Every package includes a 1-year warranty on both the scanner and the laptop. Ori Max extends coverage to 3 years. Pro and Max also add accidental drop protection — 1 drop ($5K coverage) on Pro, and 2 drops ($10K coverage) on Max.

Most teams are scanning confidently within a single afternoon. Ori is designed to feel intuitive from day one, and your included training sessions get your whole team comfortable fast.

Yes — including 0% APR options. You can choose plans like 12 months at 0% APR, 36 months, or a longer term with a low intro payment. Financing is arranged through our third-party finance partner; approval and final terms are based on your application, and most applications get a decision the same business day.

Equipment purchases may qualify for a Section 179 tax deduction, which can meaningfully reduce your net cost in the first year. Talk to your tax advisor about your situation — we're scanner people, not CPAs.

Ori includes what other systems charge extra for — scanner, laptop, training, warranty, and support are all bundled, with no annual fees. Competing systems often run $25,000–$50,000+ before subscriptions and service plans. At $7,995 to start, Ori is the most complete system at the best price. You can spend more; you won't get more.

Yes. Ori partners with dental labs to help bring digital scanning to their client practices. If you run a lab and want to learn about the Ori lab program, reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Orders typically ship within about two weeks, and your scanner arrives pre-configured and ready to scan out of the box. You'll see the current shipping window at checkout.
