Shipping policy
At Ori, we ship every system with care and keep you informed from order to delivery.
Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of credit approval (if financed) or payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your system ships.
Delivery. The Ori 3.0 System ships via insured freight or expedited carrier within the continental United States. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. We currently do not ship internationally.
Risk of loss. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. We recommend inspecting the shipment immediately and reporting any visible damage to Ori Support within 48 hours.
Replacement shipments. If you need a warranty replacement, Ori processes approved replacement shipments within 24 hours of final diagnosis. Overnight shipping is selected where available; however, actual delivery times are subject to carrier availability, weather, and other factors outside of Ori's control. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs on replacement units.
Returns shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
